TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: October 7, 2026

Welcome to Healing Thyme.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of HealingTimeUtah.com, your purchase or booking of services, classes, trainings, products, events, retreats, digital materials, gift certificates, or other experiences offered by Healing Thyme, and certain interactions between you and Healing Thyme.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website, purchasing from us, booking an appointment, registering for an experience, or participating in a Healing Thyme service.

By accessing our website, submitting a booking, making a purchase, registering for an event or training, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Certain Healing Thyme services may also require a separate informed consent form, participant agreement, event agreement, photography release, retreat agreement, training agreement, or other written contract. Those documents are incorporated into these Terms when applicable. If a service-specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the service-specific agreement will generally control with respect to that service.

1. ABOUT HEALING THYME

Healing Thyme is a Utah-based wellness practice providing complementary wellness services, educational experiences, private sessions, group experiences, classes, trainings, events, retreats, and related products and content.

Services may include Medical Qigong, Reiki, sound therapy, breathwork, meditation, foot zoning, acupressure, energy-based practices, somatic and nervous-system-support practices, rituals, educational programs, home or environmental wellness experiences, animal sessions, and other complementary wellness modalities.

The exact services offered may change from time to time.

2. WELLNESS SERVICES ARE NOT MEDICAL CARE

Healing Thyme provides complementary wellness and educational services.

Unless a particular service is expressly being provided by an independently licensed healthcare professional acting within that professional license, Healing Thyme services are not conventional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or emergency healthcare.

Healing Thyme does not diagnose disease, prescribe medication, independently modify prescriptions, or replace the care of a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, licensed mental health provider, or other appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

The use of terms associated with traditional, energetic, spiritual, historical, complementary, or alternative systems of care does not mean Healing Thyme is representing itself as a conventional medical clinic.

References to energy, energetic patterns, clearing, balance, restoration, stagnation, regulation, alignment, meridians, chakras, emotions, frequencies, qi, life force, healing, release, nervous-system support, or similar concepts describe the frameworks and language used within complementary wellness practices. They should not be interpreted as medical diagnoses or guarantees of physiological change.

If you have a medical or mental health condition, are experiencing significant symptoms, are pregnant, are taking prescription medication, have recently undergone surgery, or have another condition that could affect your participation, you should consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional when appropriate.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency care. Healing Thyme is not an emergency service.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Every person responds differently to wellness services.

Healing Thyme does not promise or guarantee that any service, session, class, training, product, technique, recommendation, ritual, or practice will create a specific physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, financial, relationship, fertility, hormonal, or other outcome.

Testimonials, reviews, client stories, case examples, educational materials, social media posts, or descriptions of previous experiences represent individual experiences only. They are not guarantees that another person will experience the same results.

Your experience may differ.

4. INFORMED CONSENT FOR SERVICES

Certain Healing Thyme services involve separate informed consent.

Depending upon the service, participation may include non-contact work, light physical touch, pressure, movement, breathwork, sound, meditation, guided visualization, heat-based modalities, topical products, foot work, energetic practices, or other complementary techniques.

Clients remain fully clothed during services unless the specific nature of a separately agreed service requires otherwise.

Touch is provided only within the scope of the service and with consent. You may decline touch, request modifications, ask questions, stop a technique, or withdraw consent at any time.

Some people experience temporary physical, emotional, mental, or energetic responses following complementary wellness work. These may include fatigue, soreness, thirst, headache, tingling, nausea, emotional release, vivid dreams, increased awareness, or other temporary sensations.

Participation is voluntary.

Your signed informed consent, participant waiver, or service agreement may contain additional provisions concerning risks, confidentiality, touch, recordkeeping, releases, and assumption of risk.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You understand that participation in wellness services, breathwork, movement, sound experiences, retreats, workshops, classes, events, travel experiences, ceremonies, or other Healing Thyme activities may involve inherent or reasonably foreseeable risks.

You voluntarily choose whether to participate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with the activities in which you voluntarily participate.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to release or limit liability that cannot legally be released or limited under applicable law.

6. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for determining whether a Healing Thyme service is appropriate for you.

You agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information when that information is relevant to your safe participation.

You are responsible for communicating discomfort, concerns, injuries, allergies, sensitivities, limitations, pregnancy, medications, medical restrictions, or other circumstances that may affect participation when appropriate.

You remain responsible for your healthcare decisions and for deciding whether and when to consult a licensed healthcare provider.

7. MINORS

Services for minors require the consent of a parent or legal guardian when required by law or Healing Thyme policy.

Healing Thyme may require a parent or guardian to remain present during some services involving a minor.

Additional consent forms may be required.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a minor's rights where applicable law prohibits a parent, guardian, or business from doing so.

8. APPOINTMENTS AND SESSION LENGTH

Private appointments generally range from approximately one to two hours depending upon the service booked and the needs of the session.

Appointment times are estimates rather than guarantees of an exact duration unless expressly stated otherwise.

Healing Thyme may modify the structure or duration of a service when reasonably necessary for safety, professional judgment, scheduling, or circumstances outside our control.

9. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated, payment may be required at the time of booking.

By providing payment information or completing a transaction, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

You authorize Healing Thyme and its payment processors to charge the amount disclosed to you at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes or separately agreed fees.

Healing Thyme may use third-party booking, scheduling, payment, ecommerce, financing, communication, or registration providers. Your use of those platforms may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies.

Prices may change at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases that have already been completed unless otherwise agreed.

10. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND LATE ARRIVALS

Private appointments generally require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling unless a different policy is disclosed when you book.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the loss of the appointment fee or another cancellation charge disclosed during booking.

If you arrive late, your appointment may still end at its originally scheduled time so that Healing Thyme can honor commitments to other clients.

Healing Thyme may waive or modify a cancellation charge in its discretion when circumstances warrant.

Classes, events, trainings, retreats, group programs, wedding services, corporate experiences, venue services, travel experiences, and special events may have different cancellation or refund policies. When a separate cancellation policy is disclosed for one of those experiences, that policy controls.

11. REFUNDS

Unless a different refund policy is expressly stated for a particular purchase, completed services are nonrefundable.

Deposits, event retainers, training payments, retreat payments, custom experiences, digital products, educational materials, or other purchases may be nonrefundable when that condition is clearly disclosed before purchase.

Healing Thyme will honor refund, cancellation, and consumer rights required by applicable law regardless of anything stated in these Terms.

12. GIFT CERTIFICATES AND CREDITS

Healing Thyme may occasionally issue gift certificates, service credits, referral certificates, promotional credits, or complimentary certificates.

Any certificate or credit is subject to the terms disclosed when it is issued, including any applicable restrictions, eligible services, transferability, redemption requirements, or expiration date.

Purchased gift certificates, if offered, will be administered in accordance with applicable federal and state law.

Complimentary, promotional, referral, or donated certificates may have different terms from purchased gift certificates.

Certificates and credits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

13. HSA, FSA, SUPERBILLS, AND INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT

Healing Thyme is primarily a private-pay wellness practice.

Depending upon your account, plan, payment administrator, service, and individual circumstances, you may be able to use an HSA or FSA payment card for certain services.

Acceptance of an HSA or FSA card by a payment system does not guarantee that a particular purchase qualifies as an eligible medical expense under your plan or applicable tax law.

You are responsible for confirming eligibility with your plan administrator, tax professional, insurer, or other appropriate advisor.

Healing Thyme may also provide documentation or a superbill for services when appropriate.

Providing a superbill does not guarantee insurance coverage, reimbursement, medical necessity, deductible credit, out-of-network benefits, or acceptance by an insurer.

Healing Thyme will provide accurate documentation of services actually provided. Healing Thyme will not create or alter diagnoses, billing codes, provider relationships, referral information, service descriptions, dates, credentials, or other information for the purpose of obtaining reimbursement.

An NPI, taxonomy designation, receipt, invoice, superbill, or similar document does not by itself represent that Healing Thyme is an in-network provider, licensed healthcare facility, or covered provider under your insurance plan.

You remain responsible for all charges regardless of whether an insurer or benefit administrator reimburses you.

14. CLASSES, TRAININGS, AND CERTIFICATIONS

Healing Thyme may provide educational courses, practitioner trainings, Reiki classes, Medical Qigong education, sound therapy instruction, self-transformation programs, workshops, certifications, continuing education, or other training programs.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, completing a Healing Thyme course does not guarantee employment, income, business success, professional licensure, eligibility for insurance reimbursement, eligibility for a particular professional credential, or legal authorization to practice a regulated profession.

Students are responsible for understanding laws, licensing requirements, scope-of-practice rules, business requirements, insurance requirements, and other regulations that apply in the jurisdiction where they intend to practice.

Healing Thyme may establish attendance, conduct, practicum, competency, payment, or completion requirements for individual programs.

Certification may be withheld when published program requirements have not been completed.

15. EVENTS, GROUP EXPERIENCES, WEDDINGS, AND CORPORATE SERVICES

Healing Thyme provides private events, weddings, bridal experiences, corporate wellness experiences, hospitality programming, retreats, sound experiences, rituals, group sessions, and other customized programs.

Group services may take place at hotels, conference spaces, event venues, private homes, outdoor locations, workplaces, studios, or other locations.

Participation by individual guests is voluntary.

Guests may decline a particular activity or participate at their own comfort level.

Event hosts are responsible for providing accurate information concerning the venue, participant count, accessibility, safety restrictions, timing, and other material event details.

Additional event contracts, venue requirements, deposits, travel fees, cancellation provisions, weather provisions, staffing fees, or participant waivers may apply.

16. RETREATS AND TRAVEL EXPERIENCES

Retreats or experiences involving travel may be governed by additional terms.

Travel inherently involves circumstances outside Healing Thyme's control, including transportation disruptions, weather, illness, injury, government restrictions, border or immigration requirements, acts of nature, vendor cancellations, property conditions, and changes made by airlines, hotels, transportation providers, guides, venues, or other third parties.

Participants are responsible for passports, visas, travel documents, insurance, health requirements, personal expenses, and compliance with applicable laws unless otherwise expressly stated.

Healing Thyme strongly encourages appropriate travel insurance for significant travel purchases.

Unless Healing Thyme expressly assumes responsibility in writing, Healing Thyme is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent airlines, hotels, transportation companies, restaurants, excursion operators, venues, or other third-party travel providers.

17. PRODUCTS AND RETAIL ITEMS

Healing Thyme may sell wellness products, handmade products, sprays, teas, oils, topical products, ritual items, books, journals, educational materials, or other goods.

Product information is provided for general informational purposes.

You are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and determining whether a product is appropriate for you.

Discontinue use of a product if irritation or another adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate medical attention when needed.

Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease unless expressly authorized and labeled for that purpose under applicable law.

18. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

Information provided through HealingTimeUtah.com, social media, blogs, newsletters, videos, downloadable resources, courses, podcasts, interviews, workshops, handouts, or other materials is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

Educational content is not individualized medical, legal, tax, financial, psychological, or other licensed professional advice.

Reading, watching, downloading, purchasing, or interacting with Healing Thyme content does not create a physician-patient, psychotherapist-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or similar licensed professional relationship.

19. TESTIMONIALS AND CLIENT STORIES

Healing Thyme may publish testimonials, reviews, client stories, quotations, photographs, or descriptions of client experiences when we have appropriate permission.

Individual experiences vary.

Testimonials describe the experience of the person providing them and should not be interpreted as a guarantee, medical claim, or representation that the same outcome is typical for everyone.

20. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND RECORDINGS

Healing Thyme does not treat your acceptance of these general Terms as blanket permission to use identifiable photographs or recordings of you for promotional purposes.

When photography, video, audio recording, testimonials, or other identifiable media will be used for marketing or promotional purposes, Healing Thyme may request separate permission.

Declining promotional media permission will not prevent you from receiving ordinary Healing Thyme services unless media participation is inherently part of the specific service or project you voluntarily selected.

Private sessions will not intentionally be recorded without disclosure and appropriate consent, except where recording is required or permitted by law.

At public or group events, incidental photography may occur subject to the policies disclosed for that event.

21. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

Healing Thyme respects the privacy of clients and participants.

Information provided during private sessions is treated as confidential subject to the limitations described in the applicable informed consent and Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is authorized by you, required by law, required by court order or legal process, necessary to address a clear and imminent threat, reasonably necessary to protect Healing Thyme's legal rights, or otherwise legally permitted.

Group classes, retreats, workshops, and events involve other participants. Healing Thyme cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information you voluntarily disclose confidential.

Please use discretion when sharing sensitive personal information in a group setting.

Our collection and processing of personal information through the website and related systems is governed by our Privacy Policy.

22. COMMUNICATIONS

By providing an email address or telephone number in connection with a booking, inquiry, purchase, program, or service, you authorize Healing Thyme to communicate with you regarding that transaction or relationship.

Transactional communications may include appointment reminders, schedule changes, payment information, program materials, follow-up information, safety information, or other service-related communications.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided.

23. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Healing Thyme website and its original content, branding, written materials, course materials, training materials, handouts, graphics, photographs, videos, recordings, meditations, exercises, rituals, downloads, worksheets, presentations, business methods, program structures, logos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Healing Thyme and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a course, training, download, session, or program gives you permission to use the materials for the personal or professional purpose expressly authorized with that purchase.

It does not transfer ownership of Healing Thyme's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, upload, distribute, teach from, create derivative commercial materials from, publicly post, or commercially exploit Healing Thyme materials without written permission unless the applicable program expressly authorizes that use.

Students receiving practitioner materials may use those materials only within the scope expressly permitted by the applicable training agreement.

"Healing Thyme," associated logos, program names, graphics, and other branding may not be used in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, certification, partnership, employment, or affiliation.

24. USER CONTENT, REVIEWS, AND SUBMISSIONS

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, comment, photograph, suggestion, feedback, or other content to Healing Thyme for publication, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

Permission to publish identifiable testimonials, photographs, or client stories may be addressed separately where appropriate.

You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, threatening, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading material through Healing Thyme websites or systems.

25. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Healing Thyme may link to or integrate with third-party websites, booking systems, social networks, payment processors, retailers, hotels, venues, travel providers, educational resources, practitioners, or other companies.

A link, referral, mention, or integration does not necessarily constitute an endorsement or guarantee.

Healing Thyme does not control third-party websites, platforms, security practices, availability, products, statements, or privacy practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the agreements between you and those providers.

26. REFERRALS TO OTHER PRACTITIONERS

Healing Thyme may provide the names of other practitioners, businesses, therapists, healthcare providers, venues, teachers, or service providers as a convenience.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, those providers are independent from Healing Thyme.

You are responsible for evaluating whether another provider is appropriate for you.

Healing Thyme does not guarantee the qualifications, availability, outcome, conduct, services, or recommendations of an independent provider merely because their information was shared with you.

27. PROHIBITED WEBSITE USE

You may not use Healing Thyme's website or systems to violate applicable law, interfere with website operation or security, gain unauthorized access to systems or information, distribute malware or harmful code, impersonate another person, scrape or systematically extract proprietary content, infringe intellectual property rights, engage in fraudulent transactions, harass another person, or use Healing Thyme content to falsely represent an affiliation with Healing Thyme.

We may restrict website access when we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.

28. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We try to maintain accurate and accessible information, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or current.

Website content, pricing, availability, schedules, programs, services, instructors, and features may change.

We may correct errors or update information at any time.

29. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE HEALING THYME WEBSITE, ONLINE CONTENT, DIGITAL MATERIALS, AND GENERAL INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

HEALING THYME DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT MAY LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THIS SECTION DOES NOT ELIMINATE WARRANTIES OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.

30. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HEALING THYME AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, PRACTITIONERS, INSTRUCTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR SIMILAR ECONOMIC LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, DIGITAL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, BOOKINGS, SERVICES, EVENTS, TRAININGS, OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALING THYME'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE, A PURCHASE, BOOKING, PRODUCT, PROGRAM, OR SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) $500; OR

(B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO HEALING THYME FOR THE PRODUCT, SERVICE, PROGRAM, OR TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful or intentional misconduct, fraud, or another form of liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.

Nothing in these Terms waives rights provided to consumers under the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act or another law that prohibits waiver of those rights.

Claims involving physical participation in a Healing Thyme service, class, activity, retreat, event, or experience may also be governed by a separately signed informed consent, assumption-of-risk agreement, participant waiver, or service agreement.

31. RELEASE FOR ORDINARY RISKS WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, an adult participant who voluntarily participates in a Healing Thyme activity accepts the inherent and ordinary risks of the activity and releases Healing Thyme from claims arising solely from those accepted inherent risks.

Where a separately executed informed consent or participant agreement contains a release relating to ordinary negligence, assumption of risk, or participation in a specific activity, the terms of that agreement govern.

Nothing in this section releases gross negligence, reckless or willful misconduct, or liability that applicable law does not permit Healing Thyme to release.

32. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Healing Thyme harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and reasonable legal fees resulting from your unlawful use of the website, intentional misconduct, infringement of another person's intellectual property rights, fraudulent activity, or material violation of these Terms.

This provision is not intended to require a consumer to indemnify Healing Thyme for Healing Thyme's own conduct where such an obligation would be prohibited by law.

33. FORCE MAJEURE

Healing Thyme will not be considered in breach of an obligation when performance is prevented or materially delayed by circumstances reasonably outside its control.

These circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, utility failure, internet or payment-system outages, government orders, epidemics, pandemics, transportation disruptions, venue closures, labor disruptions, illness or incapacity of a necessary practitioner, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, war, or other events beyond reasonable control.

When possible, Healing Thyme may reschedule, substitute, modify, relocate, issue credit, or otherwise reasonably address the affected service according to the policy applicable to that service.

34. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE

Healing Thyme may decline, stop, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary for safety, professional boundaries, inappropriate behavior, harassment, intoxication, nonpayment, significant disruption, circumstances outside Healing Thyme's scope of practice, or another legitimate business or safety reason.

When appropriate, Healing Thyme may recommend that a client seek another practitioner or licensed healthcare professional.

Discrimination prohibited by applicable law is not permitted.

35. ACCESSIBILITY

Healing Thyme wants its services and website to be reasonably accessible.

If you need a reasonable accommodation to participate in a service or access information, please contact Healing Thyme so we can determine what accommodation may reasonably be available.

36. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law or another jurisdiction's mandatory law applies.

37. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before filing a lawsuit relating to these Terms, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

A party seeking resolution should provide written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution.

Healing Thyme and the claimant will have at least 30 days after receipt of the notice to attempt informal resolution before litigation is initiated, unless waiting would cause a claim to expire or immediate relief is reasonably necessary.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any judicial proceeding relating to these Terms will be brought in a state or federal court with appropriate jurisdiction in Utah.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer from contacting a regulator, government agency, law-enforcement agency, or other authority.

38. TIME LIMITATIONS

Any contractual limitation period contained in a Healing Thyme agreement applies only where permitted by law.

These Terms do not shorten a legally protected limitation period when applicable law prohibits the parties from doing so.

39. ELECTRONIC AGREEMENTS

You agree that transactions with Healing Thyme may occur electronically.

When you intentionally click a button indicating acceptance, electronically sign an agreement, complete a transaction after being presented with applicable terms, or otherwise take an action intended to communicate agreement, that electronic action may constitute your acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for maintaining copies of agreements and transaction records that you wish to retain.

40. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Healing Thyme may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology, or law.

The current version will be posted on HealingTimeUtah.com with an updated effective date.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.

Material changes will not retroactively alter a completed transaction or signed agreement when doing so would violate applicable law or the parties' existing contractual rights.

41. SEVERABILITY

If a court determines that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.

The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

42. NO WAIVER

Healing Thyme's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

43. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable informed consent, booking terms, event agreement, retreat agreement, training agreement, participant waiver, purchase terms, or other specifically incorporated agreement, constitute the agreement governing the applicable relationship between you and Healing Thyme.

44. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, disclaim, or eliminate a right or remedy that applicable consumer protection law does not permit a business or consumer to waive.

If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory law controls.
